No new wars!
An end to endless wars!
No war with Iran!
Donald J. Trump could not have been clearer on the campaign trail.
It’s one of the things many people in MAGA loved about Trump.
They could look past some of his “indiscretions.” His insults. His racism. His sexism. But when they heard him say that the business-as-usual politicians down in the DC swamp were sure to start new wars, that rang true.
And he kept on promising the opposite.
Well, as of today, March 3, MAGA is angry. Because Trump has broken one of his biggest promises yet, launching a major conflict with Iran, assassinating its leader, and setting off a conflagration across the region.

Even die-hard, far-right public figures are making their doubts and irritation known.
Megyn Kelly questioned the attacks on her show, where she was joined by former Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene — herself a former die-hard MAGA turned enemy of the President.
Tucker Carlson openly claimed that Trump was “duped” into the war by Netanyahu, stating, “This is Israel’s war.”
A pair of popular MAGA influencers called The Hodge Twins joined him in his analysis, responding to a statement by Secretary of State Marco Rubio with claims that he had “confirmed” we are “at war for Israel.”
The discontent has spread far and wide.
A New York Times poll found that just 21% of Americans approved of the action in Iran, a result Steve Bannon called “brutal.”
So many members of MAGA have already been at or near their breaking points. The unjustified attacks on Iran are one betrayal too many for many in MAGA.
Between the horrific ICE sweeps that have disrupted our day-to-day lives and led to children being terrorized and arrested, and the appearance of Trump in the Epstein files, more and more former supporters are done with the President.
This is another last straw — a big one.
No more foreign wars was a major promise, and Trump just broke it.
Leaving MAGA isn’t easy. As I always say, it’s a community, and our organiza
tion is here to offer a way out. A replacement community, a new, healthy place where people who once clung to Trump can lean on each other and find new passions and interests.
This week is a big week for many people in MAGA. It is a critical week for them to hear our message. It’s a critical week for them to hear: there’s another way forward. There’s more out there for you.
For so many people, this war on Iran will be their one lie too many. We’re going to be there for them when they realize it.
Thanks for being with us on this odyssey,
Rich
